renowned faculties. We have
maintained a balance between
our training offerings which
broadly consists of technical,
functional and behavioral training
programs.
HPCL co-hosted Emotional
Intelligence leadership summit
which was conducted by one
of the top 10 most influential
International thinker - Dr. Richard
Boyatzis,a Senior faculty at Case
Western Reserve University.
HPCL also co-hosted Kaplan
Norton workshop on Balanced
Score Card. Apart from this HPCL

international online publisher)
for providing online reading contents
to our employees.
