possible to eliminate the waste land. The alignment<br />
submitted to the ICC in June 1983 incorporates this<br />
suggestion and is incorporated as the the Applicant's<br />
proposed action.<br />
(13) LARRS requests rip-rap along the river in the North<br />
Tongue River Bend. The Applicant has agreed to rip-rap<br />
along the river in the North Tongue River Bend, and has<br />
initiated 404 applications for this site with the U.S.<br />
Army Corps of Engineers.<br />
(14) LARRS requests that the TWC relocate the well in<br />
North-South Tongue River fence line to water both<br />
pastures. The ApNicant .has agreed to relocate this<br />
well.<br />
(151 LARRS requests a vehicle underpass 18 ft. wide by 14<br />
ft. high on the road from Lower Flood to North Tongue<br />
River Bend. After considerable discussion with LARRS,<br />
it was determined that a cattle pass under the tracks<br />
with an equipment crossing "at graden with the tracks<br />
could be used in place of the 18 x 14 ft. underpass.<br />
(16) LARRS requests that the Applicant - relocate and<br />
electrify the well between Lower Flood and Lower Flood<br />
Bend. (Pipeline system to serve -Lower ~lood, Lower<br />
Flood Bend, South Lower Flood Bend, and Middle Flood. 1<br />
The Applicant has agreed to relocate the well between<br />
Lower Flood and Lower Flood Bend.<br />
(171 LARRS requests that the TRRC relocate the fence between<br />
Lower Flood and Lower Flood Bend pastures. The Applicant<br />
has agreed to relocate the fence.<br />
( 181 LARRS requests that the Applicant place. culyerts under<br />
tii'k track through Lower Flood to accommodate the flood<br />
dike system. Applicant has agreed to place culverts<br />
under the trackage through the Lower Flood area which<br />
will accommodate the flood dike system.<br />
(191 LARRS requests a road along the east side of Hill<br />
pasture, and a vehicle pass to North Tongue River<br />
pasture. The Applicant has agreed to these requests.<br />
(201 LARRS requests a vehicle pass by old Lone Pine road toaccess<br />
Lower Flood Bend. The Applicant has agreed to<br />
construct a vehicle pass adequate for pickups and<br />
cattle, with an at-grade.crossing for larger equipment.<br />
