This letter is in response to t.he solicitation of comments concerning the final<br />

report of the eminent domain subcommittee. I have previously commented by<br />

letter on April 11, 2000 and attended one of your hearings in Helena. I<br />

understand that new proposals were presented at the last meeting of the<br />

Subcommittee and will limit my comments to those proposals.<br />
