Hamon’s balance sheet remains very strong, with equity
above EUR 80 million. The growth of our activities in new
markets and products required additional net working capital.
These additional needs were mainly financed through a
non-recourse receivable disposal program at the end of each
half year. The net working capital remains under control.
The foreign exchange fluctuations had an impact on
the asset and liability values of most of our foreign
subsidiaries, but without any significant impact on the
consolidated result.
Events after the balance sheet date
None.
Prospects
In view of the general economic environment, Hamon
does not release any guidance on its future results.
However the Group looks confidently at 2013 given its
excellent backlog and its strong financial structure.
