Service Planning There is a relationship between the Levels of Service (LOS) to be provided to consumers and the actions that will be undertaken by Council. The following table shows the relationship between each of the objectives and related Levels of Service. As such, it would be expected that any changes to current LOS would be addressed in the indicated objectives. This table is a summary of how the Levels of Service map into the key result area actionplanning framework.
