have a significant impact on Council’s
overall finances.

FINANCIAL PLAN
A summary of the 30-year capital
expenditure program is shown in Part C of this Plan.
On the forward budget for the sewerage scheme the following capital works have been
included:
• Mudgee STP augmentation
• Rylstone/Kandos STP
• Charbon/Clandulla sewerage scheme
• Gulgong STP augmentation
• Reticulation main replacement
• Telemetry upgrade
