Maintenance Plan needs to consider the following information and issues regarding the existing system: • Need to update Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and an O&M plan; • Criticality analysis of systems to identify components of high risk • Need for spare parts inventory • Need for refresher training of key staff dealing with customers and mission critical functions.
