NRO = No Representative Organization. States and cities with NRO do not have a Thunderhead member organization dedicated to bicycle and/or pedestrian advocacy in their area. Some organizations listed cover areas larger than the city or state they are listed with here. Organizations where this is known to be the case are marked with an asterisk. This representation is by no means all inclusive. Only Thunderhead Alliance member organizations were surveyed for this report. Some areas are represented by more than one Thunderhead organization and only the organizations who responded to the survey are listed here. Organizations that are not included in this report are not Thunderhead member organizations (state or local bicycle and pedestrian non-profit organizations).
