With <strong>the</strong> many influential factors on workforce development program success, improving measures<br />
around <strong>the</strong>se factors and developing an integr<strong>at</strong>ed d<strong>at</strong>a system for <strong>the</strong>ir measurement will streng<strong>the</strong>n <strong>the</strong><br />
