role-play the part of the job seeker and then the role

In summary, consumers vary by how much assistance
they want. Sometimes consumers want to do the job
search their own way but later ask for help if they
are dissatisfied with their progress. If consumers
choose to disclose their mental illness, you can meet
with potential employers on their behalf, accompany
them on interviews, and follow up with potential
employers after the interview process. Although
others may choose not to disclose, you can help them
in many ways with various aspects of the job search
behind the scenes.
