Zimnica – niewielka wieś (ok. 180
mieszk.) o charakterze osady przyleśnej,
położona ok. 7 km na południe od Oleśnicy.
Od północy graniczy z kompleksem leśnym.
Osada powstała późno. Pierwsza wzmianka
źródłowa pochodzi z 1740 r. Układ wsi jest
ulicowy. Zabudowa pochodzi z przeł. XIX/XX
w. Zespół dworski z dworem (z ok. 1840 r.,
przebudowanym ok. 1920 r.) i folwarkiem
(z przeł. XIX/XX w., przebudowanym ok.
1920 r.) położony jest na zachód od wsi. We
wsi znajduje się, bezpośrednio przy drodze,
dziewiętnastowieczna kaplica.
Zimnica – small village (c. 180 inhabitants),
a close to forest settlement,
located about 7 km south of Oleśnica. It
borders with forest complex. The settlement
was established quite late. The first
mention in sources dates back to the year
1740. The village is characterized by medieval
street arrangement. The development
originates from the turn of the 19 th
and the 20 th century. The court complex
with the court (from about 1840, reconstructed
about 1920) and grange (from
the turn of the 19 th and the 20 th century,
reconstructed about 1920) is located west
of the village. There is also a 19th century
chapel in the village, located directly by
the road.
