Wellness including HIV and AIDS<br />

and TB in the workplace. This Unit<br />

has measures in place to prevent<br />

discriminition <strong>of</strong> HIV-positive<br />

employees at work<br />

The <strong>Department</strong> had two<br />

interventions during the<br />

financial year <strong>2010</strong>/<strong>11</strong>, where<br />

staff was encouraged to go<br />

for HIV Test and this was done<br />

in collaboration with the<br />

Health Screening Program.<br />

The estimated percentage <strong>of</strong><br />

employees reached is 16 % from<br />

the entire staff<br />
