Programme Performance Report Reasons for major variances The department conducted a mid-term review of its Strategic Plan 2010/2011 financial year with the emphasis on its annual targets on 26 – 28 October 2010. During the review, the department considered emerging issues such as departmental priorities, targets and resource allocation for the next bi-annual of the 2010/11 financial year. The following mentioned amendments were approved by the Minister and communicated to the Select Committee on Trade and International Relations and the Portfolio Committee on Tourism.
