Director-General<br />
In terms <strong>of</strong> section 40(1) <strong>of</strong> the<br />
PFMA, 1999 and the Treasury<br />
Regulations paragraph 18.2,<br />
the accounting <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> a<br />
<strong>Department</strong> must submit an<br />
annual report with audited<br />
financial statements and the<br />
Auditor-General‟s report, to the<br />
relevant Executive Authority, for<br />
tabling in Parliament.<br />
In my capacity as the<br />
accounting <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> the<br />
National <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Tourism</strong>,<br />
I hereby formally submit to you<br />
as the Executive Authority, the<br />
department‟s annual report with<br />
audited financial statements<br />
and the Auditor-General‟s report<br />
for the <strong>2010</strong>/20<strong>11</strong> financial year<br />
for tabling in Parliament.<br />
