Pickled pineapple<br />
Ingredients<br />
3 cans (15 oz.) pineapple chunks<br />
1 cup sugar (or Splenda ®<br />
)<br />
8 cloves (whole)<br />
¾ cup vinegar<br />
one 4" cinnamon stick<br />
Instructions<br />
1. Drain pineapple. Save ¾ cup juice.<br />
2. Combine saved pineapple juice with remaining<br />
ingredients and heat 10 minutes.<br />
3. Add pineapple and bring to boil.<br />
4. Remove from heat and put into jars.<br />
5. Store in refrigerator<br />
Try this to add some pizzazz to your meat or chicken!<br />
1 serving = 2-4 tbsp.<br />
