FEATHER BISCUITS<br />

Ingredients<br />

1 pkg yeast dried<br />

1 cup Coffee Rich ®<br />

3 tbsp. vegetable oil<br />

2 tbsp. warm water<br />

2 tbsp. sugar<br />

3 cups flour<br />

Instructions<br />

1 Dissolve the yeast in the water and let stand 5 minutes.<br />

2 Add the non-dairy creamer, then add the other ingredients.<br />

3 Mix and put into a into bowl that has been sprayed with<br />

vegetable oil.<br />

4 Turn over to coat both sides with oil. This will keep in<br />

the refrigerator for 3 days covered with plastic wrap.<br />

5 You can take out what you want to use, drop by rounded<br />

spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, let it rise for<br />

about 30 minutes, and bake it for 15 minutes<br />

Recipe makes 12 biscuits<br />

1 serving = 2 biscuits<br />

= 3 starch<br />
