Dazzling Dilly Fish<br />
Ingredients<br />
4 (4 oz.) fillets of fish (salmon, pickerel or other type)<br />
Dilly Sauce<br />
½ pkg. whipped cream cheese<br />
4 or more minced garlic cloves<br />
½ small onion, diced<br />
3 tbsp. fresh or dried dill (as desired)<br />
½ tsp. ground pepper<br />
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash (optional)<br />
drops of hot sauce (optional)<br />
Instructions<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.<br />
2. Mix ingredients of the dilly sauce well to make a paste.<br />
3. Line baking pan with tin foil, set fish in and spread<br />
above dilly sauce evenly over fish.<br />
4. Cover fish with more tin foil and bake for 15 minutes<br />
or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.<br />
Makes 4 servings<br />
1 serving = 4oz.<br />
= 4 protein<br />
Meal suggestion: serve with rice, boiled green<br />
beans and a tossed salad for a delicious dinner.<br />
