PORK CHOPS<br />
Ingredients<br />
6 pork loin or rib chops (3 oz. each)<br />
2 tbsp. flour<br />
2 tsp. margarine or butter<br />
½ tsp. rosemary<br />
½ tsp. basil<br />
½ tsp. sage<br />

⁄8 tsp. pepper<br />
1 ½ cup sliced onions<br />
1 cup water<br />
Instructions<br />
1. Coat chops with flour.<br />
2. Melt margarine in large oven-proof skillet.<br />
3. Brown chops in margarine over medium-high heat.<br />
4. Add onions, sage, rosemary, basil, pepper and water.<br />
5. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.<br />
Chops may be brushed with oil and sprinkled<br />
with spices and herbs one hour before cooking.<br />
Makes 6 servings<br />
