Fish Dish<br />
Grilled Fish with that “Special Something”<br />
Ingredients<br />
3 oz. (75 g) non-hydrogenated margarine<br />
4 – 4 oz. (120 g) portions of fish of your choice<br />
(sole, salmon, haddock, cod)<br />
2 oz. (50 g) white flour<br />
juice of 1 lemon<br />
2 tbsp. parsley<br />
1 tsp. paprika<br />
1 clove garlic<br />
Instructions<br />
1. Dry the fish on kitchen paper and dip in flour,<br />
shaking off the surplus.<br />
2. Melt half the margarine and dip the fish in this.<br />
3. Place fish in a grill pan and cook on medium for 10 – 12<br />
minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time.<br />
4. To make the “Special Something”, heat the remaining<br />
butter in a small pan, add the lemon juice, parsley,<br />
paprika and garlic. Pour over the fish and serve.<br />
