Ingredients<br />
1 pound beef sirloin<br />
½ cup vinegar<br />
2 tbsp. salad oil<br />
1 medium onion, chopped<br />
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley<br />
¼ tsp. black pepper<br />
2 green peppers, cut into wide strips<br />
Instructions<br />
Trim fat from meat. Cut into 1 ½" cubes.<br />
1. Mix vinegar, oil, onion, parsley and pepper. Marinate<br />
meat in mixture for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.<br />
2. Remove meat from marinade and alternate on<br />
4 skewers with green pepper. Brush with marinade.<br />
3. Broil 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes, turning once.<br />
Note: If you do not have skewers, the shish kabob<br />
ingredients may be broiled in a pan. Follow steps<br />
1 & 2 above. Sprinkle a few tbsp. of marinade<br />
over vegetables and broil until tender, stirring once.<br />
