PORK PATTIES<br />

Ingredients<br />

⁄4 lb. ground pork (340 gm)<br />

1 tbsp. minced parsley<br />

½ tsp. sage<br />

¼ tsp. onion powder<br />

¼ tsp. fennel seeds<br />

½ tsp. paprika<br />

¼ tsp. thyme<br />

¼ tsp. pepper<br />

Instructions<br />

1. Thirty minutes before serving: Combine all ingredients<br />

in medium bowl with hands.<br />

2. Shape mixture into six 1" thick patties.<br />

3. In a 12" skillet, over medium heat, cook patties until they<br />

are browned on both sides and cooked throughout –<br />

about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.<br />

Makes 6 servings<br />

1 serving = 2 protein<br />
