32 out <strong>of</strong> 67 higher education institutions report that they <strong>of</strong>fer part time programs. Part time programs<br />

are mainly <strong>of</strong>fered at the bachelor and master levels. At the other levels the existence <strong>of</strong> part time<br />

programs is reported only in incidental cases.<br />
