into account when assessing the staffi ng needs regarding implementation. This also applies to the<br />
necessity to organise audits and monitor the quality <strong>of</strong> the data provided.<br />
Finally the project team recommends that all necessary provisions be made to ensure that the<br />
classifi cation organisation has the intellectual property rights regarding the data and the infrastructure<br />
for collecting, processing and presenting the classifi cation.<br />
