Annex B: Details of <strong>the</strong> Call for Evidence<br />
The PSI Review website http://psir.intelligus.net/portal/site/psir/?mode=0 was set up<br />
to enable <strong>the</strong> respondents to submit <strong>the</strong>ir views electronically (ei<strong>the</strong>r attributed or<br />
anonymously) and <strong>the</strong>refore enable those who were invited to respond to share <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
thoughts and comments with each o<strong>the</strong>r. The information collected was used to highlight<br />
issues on which <strong>the</strong> review team could focus its attention, help develop its analysis and<br />
shape <strong>the</strong> final recommendations of <strong>the</strong> review.<br />
The PSIR website was launched on Monday 18 February 2008, offering respondents <strong>the</strong><br />
opportunity to submit factual information, evidence and views on a set of 10 key questions.<br />
92 invitations were sent to companies and third sector organisations operating in <strong>the</strong> PSI, as<br />
well as government departments, academics and o<strong>the</strong>r key stakeholders.<br />
On <strong>the</strong> 4 th April 2008 <strong>the</strong> call for evidence closed. The PSIR website received 187<br />
submissions from 33 respondents from organisations operating across different areas<br />
(2 respondents wished to remain anonymous).<br />
