Introduction
Power Systems Control and Dispatching Research Center of the NRI consists of 4
research departments:
• Electronics, Control and Instrumentation
• Dispatching & Telemetry
• Communication Systems
• Computer systems
The main fields of activity in this research center are as follows:
• Design and implementation of the systems and devices in its specialized fields
for the power industry and the provision of those technical knowledge to the
private sector for the purpose of mass production
• Provision of technical specifications for software and hardware products
required in communication and dispatching systems as well as the presentation
of planning for the distribution and the transmission automation systems
• Provision of the software products in specialized field
• Provision of the highly specialized technical consultation services in the fields of
communication and dispatching
7 projects have been completed in 2010-2011 in this research center.
