Project Summary:
Zayandehrud-Yazd water transmission line includes 4 pumping substations, each having
4 Siemens-manufactured induction motors. The due major operator is Yazd Regional
Water Co. To achieve an increment in water transmission capacity and better reliability
in critical situations, the company ordered Turbogenerator Co. to manufacture four
6.6kW, 1400kW, 2*2040kW and 2200kW induction motors. As a result, Niroo
Research Institute was chosen to take part as the technical supervisor in the project.
