3.8.1.5 TF Card Testing<br />

1) After connecting TF card, the system will mount the file system of the TF card under the<br />

directory /media automatically:<br />

root@DevKit8500:~# cd /media/<br />

root@DevKit8500:/media# ls<br />

card hdd mmcblk0p1 ram union<br />

cf mmc1 net realroot<br />

2) Enter the following command , you can see the contents inside the TF card:<br />

root@DevKit8500:/media# ls mmcblk0p1/<br />

flash-uboot.bin u-boot.bin x-load.bin.ift_<strong>for</strong>_NAND<br />

mlo<br />

ramdisk.gz<br />

uImage<br />

ubi.img<br />

3.8.1.6 USB Devices Testing<br />

In the USB DEVICE testing, a conenction line is used to connect the miniUSB interface of the<br />

development board and the USB interface at the computer end; <strong>for</strong> the computer end, the<br />

development board is recognized as a network device to realize ping communication of two ends.<br />

1) After booting the system, a USB mini B to USB A transfer line is used to connect the<br />

development board and the computer end, wherein USBmini B interface is connected with the<br />

development board, and the USB A interface is connected with the computer end. At this time, the<br />

computer needs to be installed with Linux USB Ethernet driver. Please refer to Appendix III <strong>for</strong><br />

detailed installation method.<br />

2) The following commands are input at the HyperTerminal, <strong>for</strong> example:<br />

root@DevKit8500:~# ifconfig usb0 192.168.1.115<br />

root@DevKit8500:~# ifconfig<br />

lo<br />
