stress level, enhances your own health<br />
and well-being, and generates pleasurable<br />
emotions.<br />
Boost Your Karma!<br />
Let’s take this altruism thing a step further.<br />
T<strong>here</strong>’s a cosmic principle called “KARMA.”<br />
<strong>The</strong> thinking is that if you do good things, good<br />
things will happen to you. Conversely, if you<br />
do bad things, bad things will happen to you.<br />
(This is an oversimplification, but you get the<br />
idea!) Karma essentially means you don’t get<br />
away with anything!<br />
Attitudes and thoughts can also provoke good<br />
or bad karma. Here’s how: attitudes shape our<br />
expectations; when we expect something to<br />
happen, we consciously or subconsciously take<br />
actions to make it happen. This means that<br />
if you think positive thoughts, you’ll attract<br />
health, wealth, and happiness. Think negative<br />
thoughts and you’ll attract poverty, illness, and<br />
loneliness.<br />

Here are some tips for shifting your thoughts<br />
toward the positive to create a successful and<br />
incredible life (ie. boosting your karma):<br />
