commonly used in retail stores.<br />

tag converter A device that senses the information<br />

on tags (see TAG, 2) and transfers it to a computer<br />

system.<br />

tail 1. The decay of a waveform from maximum<br />

amplitude to zero amplitude. 2. Any pulse that<br />

follows a main pulse as a result of the main<br />

pulse.<br />
