The law provides that the institution will maintain the confidentiality of studenteducation records.Concordia University Texas accords all the rights under the law to students who are declared independent. No oneoutside the institution shall have access to, nor will the institution disclose any information from, students' educationrecords without the written consent of students except to:Personnel within the institution who have a valid educational interestOfficials of other institutions in which students seek to enrollPersons or organizations providing financial aidAccrediting agencies carrying out their accreditation functionParents of dependent students.
