Steps in the Annual School BuildingInspection Process and FormsStep #1:Regional superintendent develops schedule of inspections and notifies thedistrict.Suggested Forms:• Form 36-18 Notice of Annual Inspection (Page 2-5)Step #2:Inspector(s) visits each building and note any violations on a checklist (onechecklist for each building).
