When a user wants to send a message to their country section, they type theirtext into the input text box to the left of the Send button and then click the Sendbutton. The text message will be sent to all members in the section without anytranslation. (The applet assumes that the user sending the message and theother members from their country speak the same language.)When a user wants to ask a question, they click on the Ask a question buttonlocated near the bottom-right corner of the applet. If they successfully enter theQueue, the button text will change to “Return to Section”. Or if they are the firstmember in the Queue or it is their turn to ask a question, it will say “No morequestions”. When a user is in Queue, they cannot participate in their countrysection discussion or the Queue discussion. Basically, the user waits for theirturn to ask a question. If the button text says “No more questions”, the user cansend as many questions as they would like to the panel by typing their questionin the input box and clicking the Send button. When they are finished, they justclick the No more questions button.
