Inlinemodels have the motor coupled directly to the screw withno reduction.6. Stroke LengthStandard lengths are listed, and custom lengths are alsoavailable. To maximize cylinder life, the thrust tube shouldnot impact the physical end-of-travel on either end. Extratravel length is necessary to decelerate the load to a stopwhen an end-of-travel limit switch is encountered. Thisextra travel distance depends on load and speed.7.
