COMBINATION<br />

M01BA Antiinflammatory/antirheumatic agents in combination with<br />

corticosteroids<br />

This group comprises antiinflammatory <strong>and</strong> antirheumatic drugs in<br />

combination with corticosteroids.<br />

Combinations with salicylic acid derivatives are classified in this group.<br />

The preparations are classified at 5th levels according to the antiinflammatory/analgesic<br />

component. At each 5th level, different<br />

corticosteroids may occur.<br />

M01BX Other antiinflammatory/antirheumatic agents in combination with other<br />

drugs<br />

All combinations of different antiinflammatory agents (excl. corticosteroids)<br />

are classified in this group.<br />

M01C SPECIFIC ANTIRHEUMATIC AGENTS<br />

This group comprises specific antirheumatic preparations.<br />

Penicillamine, which is also used in conditions associated with impaired<br />

copper metabolism <strong>and</strong> as an antidot in copper poisoning, is classified in<br />

this group regardless of indication.<br />
