V10A ANTIINFLAMMATORY AGENTS<br />

This group comprises radiopharmaceuticals <strong>for</strong> the therapy of<br />

inflammatory processes.<br />

V10AA Yttrium ( 90 Y) compounds<br />

In this group yttrium colloidal preparations used <strong>for</strong> radiation<br />

synovectomy are classified.<br />

V10AX Other antiinflammatory therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals<br />

This group comprises non-yttrium particulate radiopharmaceuticals <strong>for</strong><br />

radiation synovectomy <strong>and</strong> intracavitary instillation.<br />

V10B PAIN PALLIATION (BONE SEEKING AGENTS)<br />

This group comprises therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals used <strong>for</strong> pain<br />

palliation in bone malignancies.<br />

V10BX Various pain palliation radiopharmaceuticals<br />

V10X OTHER THERAPEUTIC RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS<br />

This group contains various therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals which<br />

cannot be classified in the preceding groups.<br />

V10XA Iodine ( 131 I) compounds<br />

Sodium iodide ( 131 I) in low dose <strong>for</strong> diagnostic nuclear medicine is<br />

classified in V09F - Thyroid.<br />
