N07B DRUGS USED IN ADDICTIVE DISORDERS<br />

This group comprises drugs used <strong>for</strong> maintenance treatment of addictive<br />

disorders. Drugs used <strong>for</strong> detoxification are classified in V03A - All<br />

other therapeutic products.<br />

N07BA Drugs used in nicotine dependence<br />

Bupropion is classified in N06A - Antidepressants.<br />

The <strong>DDD</strong> <strong>for</strong> chewing gum <strong>and</strong> lozenges is identical.<br />

N07BB Drugs used in alcohol dependence<br />

Naltrexone, which is also used in the treatment of opioid dependence,<br />

see N07BC, is classified in this group.<br />

N07BC Drugs used in opioid dependence<br />

Low strength <strong>for</strong>mulations of buprenorphine (equal or less than 0.4 mg)<br />

are classified in N02AE. Naltrexone is classified in N07BB - Drugs<br />

used in alcohol dependence.<br />

Combinations of buprenorphine <strong>and</strong> naloxone are classified here.<br />

N07C ANTIVERTIGO PREPARATIONS<br />

This group comprises agents mainly used in the treatment of vertigo.<br />
