OP-4-4treatments.The results of testing surface acidity in experiments with pyridineadsorption show that the numbers of pyridine adsorption centres at 25°C were equalfor the samples subjected to plasma chemical treatment in O 2 and H 2 . After treatmentin argon, this number increased approximately threefold. The results of the catalytic tests show that:− After plasma chemical treatment in oxygen, reaction products containedisomers of butanol only. The activation energy was E = 63 kJ/mol.− After plasma chemical treatment in hydrogen was obtained 90% isomers ofbutanol and 10% n-butanol.− After plasma chemical treatment in argon was formations 15% ketone, 25%n-butanol and 60% isomers of butanol.ConclusionWe are led to conclude that the surface state after plasma chemical treatment inAr is unstable and changes after catalytic experiments. Reactivity changes and thenumber of dehydrogenation centers increases under the action of the reactionmedium whereas dehydrogenation centers return to their initial state. The modification of the surface of catalysts and their regeneration under theaction of a plasma in oxygen and hydrogen causes the appearance of a new surfacestructures, which increase activity, selectivity and operation stability.References:[1].
