It is named for the salt marshes and swamps along the southwest coast. Gnaar Mok is a fishing villageon an island farther north, but both places are small, isolated, and poor. Also called 'the Smuggler'sCoast', the region's secluded coves and islands provide refuge for criminal trade, and the frequentrain and fog hides small boats from Excise cutters. Hunting is fair, and some folks gathermushrooms, pods, and flowers for → alchemists.Bitter Cup<strong>The</strong> Bitter Cup, an → artifact sacred to Clavicus Vile, was lost in the ruins of → Ald Redaynia,which is on an island north of the → Urshilaku Camp.BittergreenBittergreen is a red flowering plant with modest magical properties. It grows in the → RedMountain region.BjornA cave on → Solstheim, northeast the → Altar of Thrond.Black AntherBlack anther is a flowering plant that grows along → Azura's Coast.Black Dart Gang<strong>The</strong>y look like harmless beggars, and they hang out in the sewers, waiting to ambush somecareless adventurer struggling out of the ruins loaded with loot. <strong>The</strong>y use → darts −− deadlypoisons, → enchantments, I don't know −− never heard of anything so evil. If you see one, youbetter run, fast, and carry → cure poison and dispel → potions.36
