DiarrheaDiagnosis of diarrhea is confirmed when there is a change of feces consistency,and frequency of defecation. Feces of people with diarrhea are usually more liquidthan normal condition. The defecation of people with diarrhea are three times ormore frequent than normal condition.There were 11 provinces reported diarrhea outbreak in 2010 with 4,204 casesand 73 deaths.
