DEPARTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND COOPERATION(a)(b)(c)the foreign representative is in possession of a valid driver’s licence of theforeign State;a valid certificate of identity issued by the Department, certified copies ofpassport containing the identification pages and copies of a validSubstitution of the Temporary Residence Permit issued by the Department;andconfirmation letter issued to the local authority by the Ambassador/HighCommissioner or the Head of the International Organisation accredited toSouth Africa.The validity of the South African licence will correspond to that of theforeign State's. When the latter is invalid, the representative shall complywith all South African legal prescripts to obtain a South African driver’slicence.Page 25 of 90
