It’s user friendliness can be gauged from the fact that through this system, applicationshave been forwarded by students from across the country. An applicant can monitor theprogress of his/her application form and this brings in transparency in the process. It alsoimproves accountability as each application is accounted for and the reason for a decisioncan be traced to a stakeholder.
