Investigation of the actual state of the water pollution from an aspect ofloading environment with heavy metals and their impact of fish, fish parasites andbiodiversity of water organisms in general was accomplished. Assessment of fishparasites as potential bioindicators of water pollution was made. For examinationsare used standard methods and techniques. The studies, belonging to 70 specimensof fish representing 6 species during the three seasons were presented. Nine speciesof parasites in 3 species of fish, Perca fluviatilis (L.), Scardinius erytrophthalmus(L.) and Alburnus alburnus (L.), were determined. With the highest speciesdiversity were distinguished the helminthfana of P. fluviatilis (7 species). Thedominant structures of helminth communities are characterized. The contents ofheavy metals (Pb, Zn and Cu) (mean concentration, bioconcentration andbioaccumulation factors) in the tissues and organs of fish species and fish parasiteswere discussed. The studies carried out could be used in various monitoringsystems for screening the pollution on the water environment and the organismsinhabiting the anthropogenous ecosystems.31МИШЕВИДНИТЕ ГРИЗАЧИ КАТО ТЕСТ СИСТЕМА ЗА ОЦЕНКА НАВЛИЯНИЕТО НА ОКОЛНАТА СРЕДА ВЪРХУ ГЕНЕТИЧНИЯАПАРАТМ.
