Lies,cheating, deceit, hypocrisy, showing something differenton the face from whatever is in the heart-these thingsincrease the corruption inside. His tongue will be sweet because he has no intentionto hurt anyone's feelings, but rather speaks franklyfor the sake of right understanding. Who speaks thetruth without fear? Either an established enemy or atrue friend, although the enemy may make a mountainout of a molehill because his intentions are dishonorableand he exaggerates. A true friend will never broadcastone's shortcomings, but with love will try to explainwhere you are going wrong, with your interests at heart.Imbibe the virtues of truth, and with love encourage betterunderstanding in others.
