Thoughit ma); appear hard to achie\.e the highest t!pe of life,yet it is worth our while to see what it connotes, the waysand means that ma). be conduci\.e to att2inin.q it and toadopting it for ourselves. In whatever we do, we shouldalways place some objective before us, ascertain the principlesinvolved therein, study the methods that may leadto the desired goal, and finally make a periodcal survey, athorough check-up, to find how much nearer we havecome to the end in \.iew. In this connection, one has, ofcourse, to devote single-minded attention and make an
