That will come only when youknow yourself, who you are. You are not the man-body,you are dwelling in the man-body, the highest rung inall creation. We have to make the best use of it and thatis: how we can be out of it. For this purpose, M<strong>as</strong>tersalways advise us to rise above body consciousness. "Learnto die so that you may begin to live." You will have theright spectacles to see through if you do this. Everythingwill appear in its right perspective. This is why all M<strong>as</strong>tershave said: "Know thy Self!"The withdrawal of sensory currents from the body belowwith the aid of repetition of the charged names orlistening to the holy Sound Current <strong>as</strong> coming from theright side is the normal feature of meditations. You are under the roof and not on its top.As you approach nearer to the roof, you have more andmore light. Similarly, the withdrawal of the sensorycurrents up to the eye-focus demands complete cessation
