If youpractice the two virtues-chastity and forgiveness-youwill find that, without much effort, you will attain higherconsciousness, complete awakening and a perfect peaceof mind. Thus, you will begin to radiate peace, harmonyand tranquility to those around Who are we?We have the God in us. We are all micro-gods. It is onlybecause of our (soul's) outflow at the plane of the mindand senses that we have become degenerated. If we withdrawfrom sensual pleasures and divert our attentiontowards our controlling power, we would surely becomeits mouthpiece.143You may go on meditating all through your life, butunless you practice chastity and forgiveness, it will notbear any fruit.144 Chastity and forgiveness are the twobasic and noble virtues of all.
