4.3 Influence of rain & insects on flight performanceIn case of a constant loss of power in horizontal flight at constant speed,a dirty rotor (for e.g. because of insects) may be the reason. This maygo so far, that horizontal flight is no longer possible, even with fullengine power. For this reason, the rotor is always to be kept clean.The gyrocopter G 4-2 is designed for VFR flights only. (approx. 3660 m)4.8 Bolt tightening torquesAll bolts <strong>and</strong> nuts are to be tightened to the torques indicated in themaintenance manual. In case of doubts, the mechanic or maintenancecompany must contact the manufacturer of the gyrocopter.
