4.3 Influence of rain & insects <strong>on</strong> flight performanceIn case of a c<strong>on</strong>stant loss of power in horiz<strong>on</strong>tal flight at c<strong>on</strong>stant speed,a dirty rotor (for e.g. because of insects) may be the reas<strong>on</strong>. This maygo so far, that horiz<strong>on</strong>tal flight is no l<strong>on</strong>ger possible, even with fullengine power. For this reas<strong>on</strong>, the rotor is always to be kept clean.The gyrocopter G 4-2 is designed for VFR flights <strong>on</strong>ly.
