َBackbiting – A Cancer in our Society 85I did not use any medications during the travel neither did I take any dietary precautions.relieved me from my عَزَّوَجَلَّ‏ , with the blessings of this Madanī Qāfilaĥ, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ‏اَل ْ حَمْدُ‏ لِلهheart’s illness.Dil mayn gar dard ĥo, yā kay sar dard ĥoPāo gey ṣaḥatayn, Qāfilay mayn chaloOperation ṫalayn, aur shifā-ayn milaynKar kay ĥimmat chalayn, Qāfilay mayn chaloIf have heart pains or headacheTo find wellness, let’s go in the QāfilaĥOperations dismissed, wellness achievedLet’s make a move; let’s go in the QāfilaĥY َ ُa ٰ َ< ٰ Mََُ ا‎J K َ Lۡ2ِbَ َ اZ‏ۡ‏]^ ۡ ا < َLSpiritual disease of the heart is the actual deathDear Islamic brothers! Did you realize how the disease of the heart was cured by theblessings of travelling in the Madanī Qāfilaĥ? As the apparent disease of the heart wascured عَزَّوَجَلَّ‏ , the spiritual disease of the heart will also be cured by travelling inthese outreach travels. By Allah ‏!عَزَّوَجَلَّ‏ The spiritual disease of the heart is a thousanddegrees worse than the heart disease; rather I should say that there is no comparison tobe drawn between the two. The actual pain of the heart could be a causeway to Heaven,if the patient is truly enduring with patience; whereas, the spiritual disease of the heart isa cause of failure in this world and the Hereafter.اِنْ‏ شَآءَاللهDark side of the heartFrom page 920 of Faīzān-e-Sunnat, Volume 1 [the 1568-page publication of Maktaba-tul-Madīnaĥ, the publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami], it is extracted: ‘Ḥadīš is relayedthat when a person commits a sin, a black spot forms on his heart. When he sins again,another spot forms on his heart until his heart is blackened and as a result of this, anycounsel towards righteousness has no affect upon him.’ (Ad-Dur-rul-Manšūr, vol. 8, pp. 446)
