Sources of Flood Risk:Primary flood risk to the site is from overtopping of the banks of the River Salwarpeto the north and the Droitwich Canal to the south of the site. The northern andsouthern edges of the site fall within Flood Zone 3b; the majority of the site areafalls within Flood Zone 2. The northern portion of the site falls within the YellowZone of the Policy Maps; the north-west and southern edge of the site fall within theBlue Zone. The Salwarpe road, the main access roads to the site is at risk fromfluvial flooding.Surface water presents a risk to the site.
