Sources of <strong>Flood</strong> <strong>Risk</strong>:Primary flood risk to the site is from overtopping of the banks of the Hatfield Brookto the east of the site, the unnamed tributary of the Hatfield Brook to the west of thesite and the River Severn to the west boundary of the site. A minority of the sitefalls within <strong>Flood</strong> Zone 3b and the Blue Zone on the Policy Maps.
